Overview
SDX Messaging provides secure services that allow organisations to control and manage the capture, processing and distribution of sensitive and important digital information through the implementation of Secure Digital Exchange (SDX).
The SDX platform provides:
- Secure Messaging: a secure e-mail, document and data exchange solution harnessing the efficiency of Internet communication without the vulnerabilities of standard e-mail
- eForms and eStatements: online and offline secure electronic forms - packaged with sophisticated workflow, communication and tracking capabilities - that collect and distribute the key data that drives your business
- Intellectual Rights Management: IRM components maintain persistent security throughout a document's lifetime, even on a remote desktop
SDX Messaging works closely with clients to identify internal and external processes which are currently carried out through traditional means (e.g. post, fax etc.), but which would provide commercial and operational advantage if operated digitally, through the implementation of SDX.
An implementation of SDX is undertaken within the framework of regulatory compliance and corporate governance. In the financial world, for example, an implementation of SDX can help meet Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA) compliance requirements in customer facing and back office environments including: record keeping; protection of customer data; order processing; account data handling; and money laundering.
Implementation options include:
- SDX ASP: for organisations that require a fully managed service, SDX is available as an ASP platform to which they can subscribe, with no impact on existing IT infrastructure
- SDX Enterprise Licence: for organisations that wish to manage their own service, SDX is available as an enterprise solution that can be incorporated into their existing IT infrastructure
